PRICING

All prices on this site are based on SELECTED Currency ($).  You are required to pay delivery charges at the checkout stage based upon the appropriate delivery zone as set out in Shipping page.
 

DUTY AND IMPORT FEES

Our products are shipped from Singapore. Deliveries may be subject to import taxes, GST, customs duties, fees and other local taxes levied by the destination government authority (In most cases there are no such charges). Any such import taxes, customs duties, GST, fees and other local taxes are the responsibility of the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance processes are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

PAYMENT

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods and delivery charges as set out in Shipping page. Payment can be made by Paypal  (including most major credit or debit cards ) and bank transfer.
Orders passed by Paypal are not subject to 2.2% transaction fee.
 

WARRANTY

All RSEAT products carry a defect period of 60 days from date of purchase and a manufacturer part warranty of 2 year

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Packages are generally dispatched within 1-4 days after receipt of payment. Motion simulators are dispatched within 15 days after receipt of payment.

 

Who will deliver my order?

We rely on a network of external shipping partners including UPS (online tracking), This carrier will usually contact you before the delivery.

Delivery information

We call your attention to the need, on the day of receipt of your package to check its status by opening and checking its state inside.

Indeed the package may be in perfect cosmetic condition outside, but if the package has been dropped on one side or the seat frame could be damaged.
In case of problem (open package, empty package contents damaged ...), please refuse and mention the specific reason for refusal on the travel voucher and we will replace with new unit. In order that, in this situation, you still want to receive the parcel, please make sure to issue written upon receipt reserves. If possible thank you to alert us once the reserves expressed.

FULL INSURANCE OF THE PURCHASE PRICE

Your package has full insurance of the purchase price. If your package is damaged by UPS please fill a damage claim and we will replace all damaged parts, if any.

We do not collect your credit card data, instead we use a secure merchant gateway where you can safely enter your credit card information.
